IONIA. Ephesus. Severus Alexander, 222-235. (Bronze, 17 mm, 2.53 g, 7 h). M AYP A-ΛΕΞΑΝΔΡOC Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right. Rev. EΦEC-I/ΩN Boar running right, with its side pierced by a spear. Karwiese 5, 775/42. SNG Copenhagen 467. Surfaces a little rough, otherwise, very fine.
