Caracalla, 198-217. Denarius (Silver, 21 mm, 2.58 g, 1 h), struck under his father, Septimius Severus, Rome, 206-210. ANTONINVS PIVS AVG Laureate head of Caracalla to right. Rev. PACATOR ORBIS Draped bust of Sol to right. BMC 514. Cohen 171. RIC 163. Rare; a lightly toned example. Good very fine.
