Description
MACEDON, Chalkidian League. Circa 432-348 BC. Hemiobol (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.11 g, 1 h), Minted in Olynthos. Laureate head of Apollo to left. Rev. XAΛKIΔΕΩΝ Kithara with four strings. SNG ANS 551. With a bold and particularly artistic head of Apollo. Reverse struck slightly off centre , otherwise, good very fine.
