Description

Nero, 54-68. As (Copper, 28mm, 10.30 g 6), Lugdunum, 66. IMP NERO CAESAR AVG P MAX TR P P P Bare head of Nero to right, globe at point of bust. Rev. S - C Victory, draped, flying left, holding, in both hands, a round shield inscribed S P Q R. BMC 381. BN 155. Cohen 302. RIC 543. Well struck with an excellent portrait and a very attractive dark green patina with lighter highlights. About extremely fine.
