Elagabalus, 218-222. Denarius (Silver, 21 mm, 2.77 g, 6 h), Rome, 218. IMP CAES M AVR ANTONINVS AVG Laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus to right. Rev. SALVS ANTONINI AVG Salus standing right, feeding snake held in both arms. BMCRE 28. RIC 140. RSC 256. Lightly toned and well centered. Very fine.
