THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 13.5 mm, 2.32 g, 5 h). Forepart of a lion to right, his head turned back to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two raised and two sunken squares; in one of the sunken squares, pellet with monogram of AΓ; in the other, a fish. BMC -. McClean 4094. Weber -. Test cut on edge, and struck from a somewhat worn obverse die. Very fine.
