LUCANIA, Thourioi. Circa 443-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 18mm, 8.03 g 9). Head of Athena to right, wearing an Attic helmet ornamented with an olive branch. Rev. ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ Bull butting to right; in exergue, fish to right. HN III 1775. SNG ANS 925. Attractively toned and nicely centered. About extremely fine.
