Constantius I, as Caesar, 293-305. Argenteus (Silver, 20.5 mm, 2.77 g, 6 h), Rome, 3rd officina, 295-297. CONSTAN-TIVS CAES Laureate head of Constantius to right. Rev. PROVIDE-NTIA AVGG / Γ The Tetrarchs sacrificing before the gate of a camp with six turrets. Cohen 241. RIC 35a. Issues of the 3rd officina are very scarce. Clear and struck on a broad flan. Very minor flan crack, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
