Lysimachos, 305-281 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 26 mm, 17.08 g, 1 h), in the types of Alexander III, Kolophon, circa 299/8-297/6 BC. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, forepart of a lion to left above crescent with points to left; below throne, pentagram.
