Central Europe
Vindelici. Early 1st century BC. 1/4 Stater (Gold, 10 mm, 1.69 g). Eagle's (or Partridge's?) head to left, its beak between two pellets on the left. Rev. Three pellets within a torque with a pellet at each end. Flesche 302. Kellner 527-528. Cf. Lanz 6 (wreath on the obverse). Cf. Leu 65, 1996, 8 (no pellets on the obverse?). Good very fine.
