IC XC Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator, wearing tunic, himation and a cross nimbus with a single pellet in each arm, raising right hand in benediction and holding Gospel book in his left. Rev. TA-NK/P-H in quarters of cross with pellets on the end of each arm. CCS 5. Metcalf 81. Schlumberger pl. 2, 8. Wäckerlin 98-100. Unusually clear and well-struck for type. Green surfaces overlaid with thick earthen deposits. Striking crack, otherwise, very fine.
