Head of youthful Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ Zeus seated left on backless throne, holding eagle in his right hand and long scepter in his left; to left, monogram of ΜΕ; below throne, ivy leaf. Price 1560. An attractive, nicely toned example. Some minor scuffs, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
