Kingdom of Macedon, Alexander III 'the Great' AR Drachm. (16mm, 3.88 g) Uncertain mint, circa 334-323 or circa 201 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; AΛEΞANΔPOY to right.
