Description
KINGS of PAEONIA. Audoleon. 315-286 BC. AR Tetradrachm (24mm, 16.2 g). Astibus or Damastion mint. Struck in the name of Alexander III of Macedon, circa 300-287 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left, holding eagle and sceptre; forepart of griffin above monogram in left field.
