Aelia Flaccilla - Victory Inscribing Shield Bronze. 383-388 AD. Wife of Theodosius I, Constantinopolis mint. (24mm, 5 g) Obv: AEL FLAC-CILLA AVG legend with diademed and draped bust right. Rev: SALVS REI-PVBLICAE legend with Victory seated right, inscribing a chi-rho on shield resting on small column with T in right field; mintmark CONSE in exergue.
