PHRYGIA. Laodicea. Augustus (27 BC-14 AD). Ae. (16.8mm, 4.3 g) Zeuxis Philalethes, magistrate. Obv: ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ. Bare head of Augustus right; lituus in front. Rev: ZEYΞΙΣ / ΘΙΛΑΛΗΘΗΣ / ΛΑΟΔΙΚΕΩΝ. Staff entwined with serpent.
