Obverse: Patriarchal cross in the center, floral decoration from the base of the cross, circular inscription, ΚΕRΟΗΘΕΙΤΩCΩΔΟΥΛ, (Lord, help our servant), all within dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines, +ΛΕΟ/ΝΤ,Α´ΝΟΤ/ΑΡ,ΤΟVCΑ/[Μ]ΠΑΤΙΡ = Λέοντι πρωτονοταρίῳ τοῦ Σαμπατὶρ (Leon Sampatir protonotarios), all within dotted border.
