Obverse: Saint bishop Nicholaos standing facial, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the Book of Gospels by his left, sigla in either side, Ο/Α/Γ/Ι/Ο(C)-Ν/Ι/Κ/Ο/ΛΑ(OC) (Saint Nicholaos), traces of circular inscription (Lord help your servant), all within dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 6 lines, K[Ω]ΝC[ΤΑ]/ΝΤ,R,Α´CΠΑ[Θ,]/ΕΠΙΤΟΥΚVΛ.../ΑΝΑΓΡΑΦ[ΕΙ]/ΘΕΟΦΥΛΑ[ΚΤ,]ΚΤΙΜΑΤ, = Κωνσταντίνῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ, ἐπὶ τοῦ Κυλ..., ἀναγραφεῖ θεοφυλάκτου κτήματος (Constantine imperial protospatharios, in charge of ..., anagrapheas of the God-protected estate), all within dotted border.
