Samaria, Neapolis Volusian, 251-253 Bronze circa 251-253, Æ 25.8mm., 10.67g. Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust r. Rev. Eagle standing front, head l., spreading wings to support Mount Gerizim; the mountain has two peaks, a colonnade below, and a stairway leading to a temple on the left peak; star and crescent in upper field. RPC 2160
