Egypt, Alexandria Marcus Aurelius, 161-180 Tetradrachm circa 147-148 (year 11), billon 23.5mm., 12.63g. Bare head r. Rev. L ∆ω∆EK ATOV Nilus reclining l., holding reed and cornucopia from which emerges a Genius with a crown. Geissen 1909 var. Dattari 3167.
