Elizabeth I, 1558-1603. Halfcrown, no date (1601/1602), Tower (London) mint. Crowned bust left, wearing ruff, holding lis-tipped sceptre. Rev. Square-topped coat-of-arms over long cross fourchée (Seaby 2583; North 2013).
Deep grey tone, good very fine with an even strike and strong characteristics throughout.
