Queen’s South Africa, 1899-1902, 2nd type reverse with ghosted dates, 3 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal (1828 Pte T. Hart. 2: R. Scots Fus:), extremely fine and lustrous Private T. Hart is confirmed on the Q.S.A. Medal Roll as having served with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers. He is recorded as having died of wounds at Johannesburg on 13 November 1900.
