Chalukyas of Kalyana, Vikramaditya VI (10-11 Century CE), Gold Fanam, Obv: a lion (Sardula) standing to the right, facing backward with its tail curled against its back, Rev: a stylized representation of a peacock, 0.38g, 5.85mm, (Unlisted type), almost uncirculated, Very Rare. Note: Mitchiner lists a similar type in his book Karnataka-Andhra vide reference No. 228 under Hangal where the obverse is of same type, G. Prabhu also mentions that this could be attributed to Kadambas of Hangal.
