Maximinus Thrax (235-238 AD) Sestertius, Rome Obverse: MAXIMIANVS PIVS AVG GERM Laureate, cuirassed and draped bust right.  Reverse: PAX AVGVSTI / S-C Pax standing left, holding branch and long sceptre.  Bronze, diameter 29,3 mm, weight 21,4 g. Awers: Popiersie cesarza w wieńcu laurowym, zbroi i paludamentum, w otoku legenda MAXIMIANVS PIVS AVG GERM Rewers: Pax stojąca w lewo, trzymająca gałązkę i długie berło, w polach S-C, w otoku legenda PAX AVGVSTI Brąz, średnica 29,3 mm, waga 21,4 g.
