Awers: Głowa poziomo, w otoku W ROCZNICĘ ŻAŁOBY NARODOWEJ , u dołu daty 1932.12.V.1936 Rewers: Dwóch żołnierzy niosących trumnę Marszałka, pokrytą całunem. Z lewej wieże katedry na Wawelu, z prawej Kolumna Zygmunta. Brąz, średnica 60 mm, waga 95.6 g. Reference: Strzałkowski 808
