Roman Empire - Caracalla (198-217 AD).
Rare hybrid and fouree denarius (3,10 g., 19 mm.) Laodicea ad Mare? (202 A.D.)

ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate head right.
VOTIS / DECEN / NALI / BVS in four lines inside a laurel wreath.

(This is a rare reverse from a Septimius Severus denarius minted in Laodicea ad Mare in 202 A.D.)

This is obviously a fouree with mixed types of obverse and reverse (not official hybrid) Extremely rare!!!
