Fifty Pence 2012 London Olympic Games - Gold Medal Winners Coin - Boxing, Gold Proof Piedfort FDC NGC PR69, in June 2019 (LCA 165 Lot 1510) we sold a full set of 11 of these Gold Proof Piedfort 2012 Fifty Pences and the vendor of that set had obtained from The Royal Mint mintage figures (actual rather than issue limits which may be smaller) which showed just 18 of these Olympic Boxing Piedforts exist, prior to this sale we had only seen four of these 2012 Olympic Piedforts none were for boxing
