Crown 1893 LVI Proof ESC 304, Bull 2594, Davies 505P, dies 2A, VG/Near Fine, Expert opinions concur that this die pairing only occurs on the Proof issue LVI edge type, and not on the currency issues. The 'Mint State' entry in Davies is incorrect and should be a 'to be confirmed' entry.
