[Φ]ΛΑYΙΟΠΟΛЄΙΤωΝ / [ЄΤ ΓΞΡ] Serapis seated facing, wearing kalathos, sacrificing from patera in his right hand over lighted altar and holding cornucopiae in his left; to left, amphora; to right, skyphos.
