★ A very rare obol of Bedyehibel (or Beruhibel) ★
SAMARIA. 'Middle Levantine' Series. Circa 375-333 BC. Obol (Silver, 9 mm, 0.53 g, 8 h), Bedyehibel (or Beruhibel). Facing gorgoneion. Rev. Forepart of pegasus flying left; below, 𐡁𐡃𐡂𐡇𐡁𐡋 ('bdyhbl' in Aramaic). Meshorer & Qedar 17. Sofaer 95. Very rare. Nicely toned and unusually well struck. Somewhat rough, otherwise, good very fine.
