PONTOS. Amisos. Time of Mithradates VI Eupator, circa 85-65 BC. AE (Orichalcum, 22 mm, 8.43 g, 12 h). Head of Dionysos to right, wearing wreath of ivy and fruit. Rev. ΑΜΙΣΟY Panther skin and thyrsos on cista mystica; to left, monogram. HGC 7, 243. SNG BM Black Sea 1207. About extremely fine.
