NORTHWEST GAUL. Carnutes. 1st century BC. Drachm (Silver, 16 mm, 3.40 g, 3 h). Celticized beardless male head to left, with 'Aquitanian' locks. Rev. Horse prancing right, a wolf or other animal sitting on its back; below, triskeles. DT 3363. LT 6017. Beautifully toned. Good very fine.
