SICILY. Syracuse. Hiketas II, 287-278 BC. AE (Bronze, 22 mm, 10.52 g, 4 h), circa 283-278. [ΔΙΟΣ ΕΛΛΑΝΙΟΥ] Laureate head of Zeus Hellanios to left. Rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt. BAR issue 39. CNS 157. The obverse smoothed, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
