SRI TORAMANA ('Lord Toramana' in Brahmi) Toranama standing front, head turned slightly to left, sacrificing over altar with his right hand and holding trident in his left. Rev. JAYA ('Victory / Victorious' in Brahmi) Goddess Lakshmi seated facing, holding uncertain object in her right hand (diadem?) and holding long-stemmed lotus in her left hand. Mitchiner II, 151-154. A very attractive example of this difficult issue. Light areas of weakness and with minor corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.
