THRACE. Abdera. Circa 473/0-449/8 BC. Drachm (Silver, 15 mm, 3.30 g), Hero..., magistrate. ΗΡΟ Griffin seated to left, raising right forepaw. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. HGC 3.2, 1144. May, Abdera, Period III, 69 (A55/P57). A rare magistrate. Harshly cleaned and with some scratches, otherwise, about very fine.
