SWITZERLAND. Basel, Bistum. Lüthold II. von Rötteln, 1238-1248. Vierzipfliger Pfennig (Silver, 18 mm, 0.35 g). LVTOLD' Mitred bust of the bishop facing. Rev. Incuse of obverse. HMZ 1-218. Wiel.Basel 80a. Very rare. A beautifully toned and exceptionally well preserved example. Extremely fine.
