★ A very well centered hekte from Kyzikos ★

MYSIA. Kyzikos. Circa 550-450 BC. Hekte (Electrum, 10 mm, 2.65 g). Winged dog squatting left, head turned back to right; below, tunny to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. BMFA -, cf. 1433 (stater). SNG Paris 246-7. Von Fritze I, 104. A very well centered example. Light marks, otherwise, very fine.
