TAURIC CHERSONESOS. Chersonesos. Circa 300-290 BC. AE (Bronze, 22 mm, 6.95 g, 3 h), Eudromos, magistrate. XEP Artemis advancing left, striking stag lying left with spear held in her right hand and holding bow in her left. Rev. ΕΥΔΡΟΜΟΥ Bull butting left over club; in exergue, bow and quiver. HGC 3.2, -. SNG BM Black Sea 766-7. SNG Moskau 3344-9. SNG Stancomb 474-5. Somewhat smoothed, otherwise, very fine.
