CARTHAGE. Second Punic War. Circa 220-215 BC. Trishekel (Bronze, 31 mm, 18.72 g, 12 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, pendant earring and simple necklace. Rev. Horse standing right before palm tree; below horse, ligate Punic Ṭ and Š below. MAA 84a. SNG Copenhagen 341-3. Well centered and with an unusually complete reverse. Some flan faults and with a scratch on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
