★ Extremely rare, one of apparently just two known examples ★

CENTRAL EUROPE. Helvetii. Late 2nd to early first century BC. Quinarius (Silver, 15 mm, 1.38 g, 12 h). Celticized male head to right. Rev. Celticized charioteer driving biga to left, holding kentron in his right hand and reins in his left; below, triskeles. Cf. Allen, SNR 53 (1974), pl. 11, 71 var. (a stater of the same style and perhaps from the same artist). DT -. Flesche -. HMZ -. Leu 7 (2020), 1051 ( same dies ). LT -. Extremely rare, one of apparently just two known examples. Somewhat rough, otherwise, very fine.
