BRITISH, Anglo-Saxon. Continental Sceattas. Circa 715-750. Sceatt (Silver, 12 mm, 1.19 g), mint in southern Frisia. 'Porcupine' right with differing symbols below. Rev. Beaded standard with central annulet flanked by four lines. SCBC 790C. A sharply struck and clear example. Good extremely fine.
