LOWER DANUBE. Uncertain tribe. Circa 2nd century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24.5 mm, 6.56 g, 12 h), 'Sattelkopfpferd' type, imitating Philip II of Macedon. Celticized head to right. Rev. Celticized horse with heavily stylized rider prancing left. Dembski -. Flesche -. Lanz -. OTA 303/14. Nicely toned. Light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
