NORTHEAST GAUL. Bellovaci. Circa 60-30/25 BC. Stater (Gold, 15 mm, 5.77 g), 'à l'astre' type. Devolved and disjointed male head to right, with prominent nose, big eye and a star on the temple. Rev. Horse galloping right; above and below, radiant suns. DT 271. LT 7235. Struck on a short flan, otherwise, about very fine.
