NORTHWEST GAUL. Senones. 2nd-early 1st century BC. Stater (Gold, 12 mm, 7.00 g), 'Gallo-Belgic Bullet' or 'globule à la croix' type. Cross at the center of a plain globule with a prominent rim. Rev. Plain convex surface. DT 2537 var. (differing cross). Flesche 158 var. (differing cross). SLM 705. A rare variety. Flan fault on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
