KINGS OF ARMENIA MINOR. Mithradates, circa 180s-170s BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 12 mm, 1.06 g, 7 h). Draped bust of Mithradates to left, bearded and wearing upright bashlyk tied with a diadem. Rev. Eagle flying to right, holding uncertain animal (another bird?) in its talons. Kovacs -. Leu 7 (2020), 1342. Very rare. A superb example of this very charming issue. Good very fine.
