BRITAIN. Corieltauvi. Uninscribed, circa 50-30 BC. Stater (Gold, 20 mm, 6.16 g, 9 h), North East Coast (Corieltauvian B) type. Devolved laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. Disjointed horse left; below, pellet; in exergue, zigzag pattern. ABC 1722. SCBC 29. Van Arsdell 804-811. Minor areas of weakness and with a light scratch on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
