KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip II, 359-336 BC. 1/4 Unit (Silver, 15 mm, 2.62 g, 12 h), struck by Antipater, Polyperchon, or Kassander, Amphipolis, 323-315 BC. Head of Apollo facing to the right, wearing a tainia. Rev. ΦIΛIΠΠOY Horseman riding right, monogram below. Le Rider pl. 45, 7. SNG ANS 651. Extremely fine.
