CELTIC, Central Europe. Rauraci. Circa 50-30 BC. Quinarius (Silver, 13 mm, 1.65 g, 12 h). NI[NNO] Draped bust of youthful male to left, with wing in his hair. Rev. Forepart of horse to left; before, palm-shaped ornament; below, circlet within star. D&T -. LT 9345 var. (different symbols). SLM -. Extremely rare. Sharply struck and nicely toned. Extremely fine.

From the Helvetii Collection, formed in the 1970s and 1980s.
