ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Dirham (Silver, 26 mm, 2.87 g, 4 h), Dimashq, AH 82 = AD 701/2. SICA II, 595. A lightly toned example struck on a broad flan. Extremely fine.
From a Swiss collection of Umayyad and Abbasid coins, assembled in the 1970-1980s (with original flip with S. Album’s description).
