★ A lightly toned didrachm from Akragas ★
SICILY. Akragas. Circa 495-480/78 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 19 mm, 9.00 g, 2 h). AKPA Eagle standing left with closed wings. Rev. Crab within shallow circular incuse. Westermark Group II, 130 (O53/R82). Lightly toned. Somewhat rough and with a minor scratch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
